OMG! The back!
OMG, I didn’t notice this, but my doctor did. The back of my thigh is also bruised up. She figures there is a pint of blood in there.

The area of numbness in the left leg seems to be decreasing. It is now roughly the size of my hand. Bruising continues to spread. The elbow is feeling better.

Biff + stitches
I biffed last night. Hard. It was in Wissahickon. Fortunately, the injuries will heal and no scars will be visible, unless I want them to. It was entirely my fault. I sat where I should have stood and got tossed over the bars. I was going too fast too. :) I have four, maybe five
