In 17 days, I’ll be in Florida. I’m heading down to Palm Beach on business, then over to Tampa to visit friends, and catch a Lightning game. The tickets are vastly cheaper than in Ottawa. Tampa will be playing New Jersey. Ottawa play on Saturday, but by then, I’ll be in Washington for Shmoocon before getting back home on Sunday. I plan to hit the roller coasters while in Tampa. BSDCan is next week! I spent some of yesterday organizing some air plane tickets and getting together the gear for the registration desk and wireless network. Registrations are flowing in now. There is a sub-group of attendees that leave it until the last minute. At one point, I received 7 registrations in under 6 hours. If that rate continued for the whole time registration was open, we would need a much bigger venue!
